Raphael founded Redina Capital to acquire and lead a single outstanding business. He spent the first decade of his career operating inside the UK’s essential infrastructure, where reliability, safety and trust are everything, and holds an MBA from London Business School.
He is an operator first. His intention is not to buy a business and move on, but to step in fully, learn from the people who built it, and grow it with patience over many years.
